NIKE RBI
Ages 2nd–5th Grades • Columbia, MD
BALRUN is partnering with NIKE RBI to bring a new level of athletic development to youth across the region. This program will combine fundamentals, discipline, strength, and competitive play to help young athletes grow on and off the field.


Program Highlights:
- Practices – structured sessions focused on fundamentals and skill development.
- Conditioning – speed, agility, mobility, and functional strength.
- Pitch–Hit–Run – drills that build core baseball/softball skills in a fun, competitive environment.
- In-House Games – game-style play that reinforces skills and builds confidence.
